Over Joyed

I can not believe it. My studio is getting closer to being complete. I moved in some of my furniture yesterday. I have been just way to excited to wait. We still have a few more things to complete. I have to prime and paint inside of closet, Hang closet doors, install hardware for the door, and put up the trim work. I am just so over joyed I can hardly contain myself. It brought me to tears yesterday as I moved stuff around. I don't know if my brother-in-law can ever realize how truly grateful I am. I am so blessed to have people in my life who love and care for me and my family. Chris, Thank you so very much. Tomorrow is the first day back to school and my first day in my new studio. I have a project in mind for my little brothers wedding. I am anxiously waiting to get started. All of this gives me hope for completing my daughters room on time. I know it will only be a matter of time until I can finish her room also.
I hope my kids are looking forward to their first day of school tomorrow. Their clothes are all laid out for the week and their backpacks full of new supplies. I think my little Rachael will miss her big brother and sister. She will probably be lonely without them. I am planning a little stroll to the park and maybe a picnic in the yard to give her a little mommy time. I know this new schedule will take some getting use to. I will have a hard time filling her day with things to keep her busy. The two older kids usually do the entertaining. Mom will have a lot of adjusting also.

My work table or island. I made this piece with specific measurements.This was the first thing I ever built. I like to work standing up so this fits all my needs and everything is in reach of where I work. I still want to paint some of the pieces in the room. There is quite a bit more work before everything is complete but, I am oHHH so happy with the way everything is coming along.
